They allowed us to check in early, called taxis for us, and generally went out of their way to make sure we were treated well! Was told I would receive access instructions on the day but I had already landed in Rome and was waiting to find out how to gain access before this information was shared. The apartment itself was pleasant, although the wifi was not very good. Ended up mostly using my own data."
