"I have to say the best two things about this hotel are the staff and the location. From the check in to the check out the entire staff is amazing! At the lobby, bar, restaurant, room service, everybody was so nice and helpful! The location is perfect as you can walk to shops and restaurants. The area is very safe, the food and drinks were very good. The view from the pool area is beautiful and the pool is very clean and nice. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Santo Domingo and looking by for a good location and great hotel."

"The Front Desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located and the room was nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities. The 360 view of Santo Domingo from the pool deck on the 16th floor was amazing at night. I would definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful property in great area. Big room that was quite comfortable. A bit musty sometimes in the room but old buildings often are.. Overall pleased and nice little pool area/drink service"
