"This property is beautiful! We had a few hiccups with a few things but overall a great stay. The properly manage was very responsive on text and the house is well stocked. You definitely need a four wheel drive vehicle here. We had an AWD vehicle for the first few days and had to change (due to the rental car company) and got a 4x4 and it was so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Wonderful house! This was our second time coming to St. John and we thought our first house was nice but this was even better. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and have their own space. The pool is bigger than it looks and so nice to sit outside with plenty of chairs and places with shade. There is a lot of iguanas that hang around and eat the avocados. The view is unbeatable. Many good views around the island but this house is high enough that you can see a lot of the island along with St. Thomas. The management group is very helpful and makes check in and out very simple. The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, outside kitchen, and linens. There is also plenty of beach chairs and coolers for you. 10/10 recommend and would definitely come back."

"This property was outstanding! Spacious, clean, and just breathtaking views. The big porch overlooking the water is so peaceful and relaxing. Elyse made sure we had everything we needed and even had floats and snorkels for our children. When we arrived on the island, Elyse made sure there was someone waiting for us to show us the way to the villa. 5 stars all the way for Nancy's Folly!"

"Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things about this property and would definitely return!"

"This property is located about 7 minutes from town close to the top of a hill that overlooks Rendezvous bay. The views from the pool are gorgeous. The little cottage that my husband and I stayed in was perfect for us. It was quiet, had a stove and a grill to prepare meals, a beautiful screened in patio, a washer and dryer and access to the pool. The check in process was easy and quick. James' son met us at the car ferry and showed us the way so that was very nice. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our day trips. Would definitely stay here again! "
