"Host gave very specific directions to the house. It was very helpful. The house does not have AC but we were able to keep cool cueing hot days with the fans and opening the windows and shutters at night. The location is perfect for exploring all of lake Como. Just watch out for busses around sharp corners!!"

"Palazzo di Vice Re was one of the only options available to us on the days we needed so we gave it a chance and it was the best decision for our vacation. Once we arrived we were kindly greeted by the lovely concierge Arianna, and the very passionate owner / architect Cristiano who brought our bags to our room. We explained our air Bnb situation and were greeted with exceptional hospitality and warmth. On his own time Cristiano gave us a private tour of his palazzo, as well as the history behind each and every room of the villa that has been in his family for 4 generations including restorations and improvements he’s completed himself. He even took us down to his wine cellar and explained where / why he chose to outsource wine from smaller family and women owned vineyards which we greatly appreciated. They provided a private beach area with a jacuzzi that had an amazing view and comfortable chairs. They recommended the best wine we have ever had. Arianna was nothing less than amazing, every morning she took our breakfast order and personalized it to whatever we wanted. They both took time to talk to use about our upcoming adventures and gave their recommendations for anything we needed. We wish we could give this place 10 stars, from the ambiance to the hospitality everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we got there up until the moment we left. Our only regret was not staying there longer! Special thank you to Arianna and Cristiano for everything, we will be back."

"We had a wonderful, perfectly amazing week at the vila in Barni. The house is fantastic for a big number of people. We were 5 Families. 10 adults and 8 Children and had enough bedrooms enough space to feel free and comfortsable. The vila has so much details, so much flair that make it especially for families with children (any age) to a perfect location. Elisabetta chose the right toys to leave them at the house and play room. The trampolin, the pool, the garden everything was so safe and comfortabl. The afult loved the table tennis and the roof top terass to relax. Elisabetta was so helpful and provided so much information and helped with placing reservations at restaurants and delivery service, she was always available. It was one of our best holidays with the perfect combination of relaxing at the house and exploring the area around lake como.Thank you so much we will come back!"

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, großzügig und bestens ausgestattet – uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt.Unser Vermieter Lino war super nett, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.Ein absolutes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Ausblick auf den Comer See und die umliegenden Berge. Einfach herrlich, dort zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu genießen! Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Lino, für die schöne Zeit! Klare 5 Sterne – absolut empfehlenswert! "

"Un excellent séjour au bord du lac de Côme !Jean-Pierre nous a accueillis très chaleureusement et s’est montré particulièrement disponible et réactif. La maison est très agréable, parfaitement propre et idéalement située, avec un cadre absolument magnifique. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions mises à disposition dans la maison. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter."

"Perfect. The hotel is tucked away in Lezzeno while still being less than 5 minute walk from the ferry. Lovely peaceful place, the room (we had one with separate seating area to spread out) was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Our host Silvia was so very helpful, and runs a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was delicious too"
