WORST HOTEL IN EUROPE

It was the worst hotel we ever have stayed. Air conditioner did not work. The manager, a pretty rude old woman, just said: open the windows. Don't come here. Even for free.

Tutto bene solo alcune cose da precisare noi avevamo prenotato l albergo villa Maria due giorni prima ci hanno detto che l albergo era un altro siamo amati dall altro scesi con le valigie e ci dicono che era al completo e dobbiamo andare a villa Maria tra l altro con indicazioni sulla mappa che nemmeno si trovava poi per il resto tutto ok

Quello che 'è piaciuto:Posizione dell'abergo ottima per spostarsi, la piscina,il pesonale sempre gentile e la camera pulita. Quello che non c'è piaciuto invece:la mancanza quasi totale del wifi,il frigo e la cassaforte che nella camera mancavano e gli appendini nel bagno, che erano per una persona sola,ma per il resto il posto era molto bello

Der Pool bei der Hitze wurde gern als Abkühlung genutzt. Die gesamte Anlage hatte einen besonderen gepflegten Flair. Das Frühstücksbuffett hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Es gab fast jeden Tag nur Kochschinken und nur Gouda Käse!

Nettes Hotel, aber...

Nettes Hotel mit wenig professionellem Empfang. Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmern gebucht und mussten 3x an der Rezeption vorsprechen: es fehlte eine Key-card, Fernbedienung f.Klimaanlage war f.ein anderes Gerät und TV funktionierte nicht . Einfacher wäre gewiss ein Willkommensschreiben in verschiedenen Sprachen zur Erklärung. Papier und Stift auf Zimmer gab es nicht, auch kein Bewertungsbogen. Positiv: die irreführenden, in Klarsichthüllen mit Heißkleber an die Wände des Aufzug geklebten Informationen, wurden auf meine Bitte hin entfernt. Die eine Info betraf div.Paragrafen, die in Kraft treten, falls ein Gast früher als geplant abreisen möchte ( das empfand ich total daneben, ich komme zur Erholung in d.Villa Maria und werde direkt mit gerichtl.Schritten willkommen geheißen). Die andere Info betraf das Verbot, Essen u.Getränke m.a.d.Pool zu bringen, da es dort eine Bar gebe....gibt es nicht! Auch der beschädigte, hölzerne(ihh) Toilet-tensitz wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Der Lärm im Frühstückssaal wurde auch weniger, nachdem ich mit der Rezeptionistin gesprochen hatte: das Stapeln von Untertassen in einer Lautstärke, die Fleiß suggeriert?

Mixed experience.

Nice building and area. Very little room, very little beds, very little bathroom. Wi-fi not working in rooms, weak in clubroom, strong only outside at terrace. Noise from both corridors and outside. Low selection of bread as well as fruits and juices at breakfast. Small swimming pool. Some staff friendly, some not enough.
