"Nice welcome! Good reception staff. But the room could be better equipped by including a kettle and coffee/tea options - the stuffs that we find in other hotels. Breakfast is average and the staff could be trained to be more welcoming (some lessons to learn from the reception staff). The ladies at the reception helped in planning our stay and the things to see/do which were helpful. Overall a good option to stay with family."

"Great room for the price of the stay. Location is perfect - tucked slightly away from the centre, but an easy 10 minute walk from everything you need. Communication regarding check in and parking was a bit last minute, but we had a wonderful stay otherwise! Hosts provided free water, tea and coffee - nice touch. Parking is literally next door, so perfect if you’re passing through the city. Would stay again!"

"We loved everything about this property. A solid 10. We stayed at duplex which was lovely. It didn't matter to us, but a note anyway: this unit is not accessible by elevator."

"Top floor studio was newly renovated and had 2 terraces. Room was very clean and spacious. Comfy bed and pillows not too hard. We picked this aparthotel because of the free parking which was great, although we only used the car to get there and carry on our trip. We walked into Verona to go to opera at the arena. Very helpful map and instructions from the excellent staff at reception. Very handy Aldi nearby."
