"As a whole, our experience with the property was stressful, difficult to locate, and our expectations were completely misled from reality. The property is 14 miles outside of the main city center (La Spezia). It took us convincing a taxi driver to drive us the 35 minutes from the train station to the rental. Our car had some scratches and I asked them what store in Italy we could buy stuff to rub off the scratches before we return the car the next day.
