"The house is located on a hillside with lovely views. It is surrounded by olive trees, peaceful spot. There are cats and donkeys on the terrain, very likeable animals. The landlord was very friendly and helpful all through our stay. The house itself is spacious and well equipped with all necessities. No luxury, but we found all we needed. "Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. Perfect location near the train line to Rome and plenty of shops and restaurants is the neighbouring towns. Plenty to do at the house though, the pool was amazing and also the table tennis...

"Sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist wintertauglich und sehr gut ausgerüstet. Unterschiedliche Zimmer von sehr gross und schön bis zweckmässig. Grosse Badzimmer. Viel Platz, sehr schöner Garten. Die Betreuung durch Roberto war hervorragend. Die Zufahrtsstrasse (nur ab der SS 2 möglich!) ist etwas ruppig. Alles ist gut organisiert."

"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

"Gleich bei der Anreise haben wir uns in dieses wundervolle und traumhafte Plätzchen in landschaftlich reizvoller Lage verliebt. (...eigentlich schon nach der Annonce) Der Pool gab uns die nötige Abkühlung bei 39°C. Das Haus hatte uns mit seinem Charm und der Einzigartigkeit sofort im Bann!!
