"malfunctioning a/c. incompetent staff. bad loud music. gym is booked with classes 75% of the day. awful poolside food. we dropped laundry off on weds; when we called to ask about it days later, they only then told us they weren't able to do it. finally, we requested a refund for a small portion of our stay, their customer service rep alona agreed to it, then never gave the refund. infuriating experience."

"Overpriced, dirty and most of the advertised services, like a bar or restaurant are not functioning. The room is hot like an oven and the air-conditioning stops automatically every 10 minute or so, even when you in the room. Instead of a normal place to hang your clothes you get a clothes rail. The area is a mix of second hand car garages and a building site. In short, i won't be coming back there ever"

"Most of the staff were very helpful. The gentleman, I believe his name was Ron was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. However, when I went to checkout this morning the lady insisted I owed money. I knew I didn't and she argued with me, most unprofessional of her. She then found out that I had indeed paid for everything. She offered no apology after she argued with me"
