"Wonderful place close to Rome."

"Fantastic property - our family of 5 from the US stayed at this property and it was really perfect. Nice setting and very private after spending a few days in Rome. We enjoyed the pool and spectacular views and the house was very charming, clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and made check in very easy. Highly recommend. Mike"

"Sehr schönes altes Haus am Ende einer kleinen Gasse am Burgberg und nur zu Fuß, per Mofa oder Lastkarren zu erreichen. Zweckmäßige aber liebevolle antike Einrichtung mit vielen schönen Möbeln und Details, wir haben nichts vermisst. Frühstück in der Bar Giuseppe war inklusive und eine schöne Überraschung. Man bekommt Unterstützung beim Gepäcktransport, trotzdem könnte der steile Berg für manchen problematisch werden.Der Ort ist Bilderbuch-Italien mit liebenswertem lebendigen Ortskern. Es gibt...

"On our trip through Italien we made a stop in this house for three days to visit Rom. We've found the house without big problems and the host welcomed us personally. The house has all man needs for short or long stay and has recalled my memory about my childhood in the house of grandmother. "wir waren rundum zufrieden, und fühlten uns sehr wohl auf dem Grundstück von Emanuela und Ihrer Familie. Metro und Supermarkt sind sehr nah und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. "Villino Flaminio was really special - it took about 45 minutes to get to Piazza del Popolo from the house yet it had all the qualities you would expect from a beautiful countryside. Above all I found owners very friendly and helpful beyond my expectation. I truly enjoyed my stay at the cottage and would not hesitate a moment to recommend the place to anyone.
