"After some late-night car trouble, Luana came to the rescue for our group of 7 travellers!
Luana and her friend Franco, a local taxi/limousine service provider were able to assist us when several others left us out in the dark.
Our 24/7 vehicle AVIS rental support office was... terribly inadequate to say the least!
They just told us it was not possible for them to assist us... so too bad for you! Call us in the morning if you have to!

Along with the local police whom we were able to frantically flag down on the side of the road, Luana and Franco were there to help us when they were needed most and we will always be grateful to them for their diligent support during trying times!
