"The grounds are beautiful. Check in process needs some work. Long lines.We got there at 2 and didn't get a room til 330 and the process was very long versus the hyatt zilara that checked us in in less than 5 minutes. Room was okay, relatively clean but smelled slight of mildew. Bed was hard pillows thin but we wasn't in there much so not too much complains. Housekeeping came everyday to clean and restock so that was good. Food was actually pretty decent for resort food. Not much variety tho saw the same things over and over. Entertainment at night was great! The have a wonderful Mc for the Micheal jackson show. Drinks were decent. Everyone was helpful and staff was very friendly. Beach was okay, not a very big area and the seaweed was plentiful so I only stayed in one spot mostly. Vendors on beach cussed us out for not purchasing anything but we're used to that lol. Overall was a good trip probably will return again"
