The staff was over the top with the care they gave me and to mention a few names ms Kerry Ann was one of the greatest customer service rep there and Tracy was another great person not to mention Dikeisha at the Buffet very awesome service thanks Iberostar I will be back definitely.

The hotel was clean and everyone did their utmost to make people feel at home , despite any personal challenges it did not show . There was choice of a la carte restaurants and the buffet was excellent quality . Rooms are clean and pools and beach great . We are so glad we continued with our holiday to Jamaica after the storm. Special mention to Sean at reception, friendly , calm and patient with the check in . Also Sheena at concierge always had a a warm smile for us and lots of chit chat . The warm and friendly people make Jamaica special
