Upon arrival at the airport, my driver will take you to Island Breeze Villa. complimentary Both way. up on your arrival at the Villa .We welcomed you with punch or rum punch drink and a complimentary bottle of wine. , celebrating a special occasion? we will provide a complimentary cake. our cook with great pleasure prepares your requested meal for your day of your arrival. & Weeks of your stay You only need to indicate your menu preference. A detailed grocery bill will be presented to you.
Wow! you have found a villa that has complimentary Beach pass to DOCTORS CAVE BEACH & CLUB!! for the guests to access this famous BEACH & CLUB!! on the HIP-STRIP!! THERE IS A LIMIT on the Beach Pass,
we also have a tour driver on call. to take you to night life it's a cost. If you wanted to take an EXCURSION TOUR around town are out of town to place you would like to go side seeing in Jamaica on tours with a Affordable Price for you.

For the rest of your stay, you may want to choose from the menus provided, or shop for the food of your choice. shopping for food, you have the option of having the cook shop for you. are shop with the cook. or shop on your own. Of course, the area has a large choice of eating establishments should you choose to eat out.

To assist the cook/housekeeper is the butler. He will mix your drinks and serve you poolside or wherever you choose to be served. with Lemonade Flavor of your choice are iced Tea all day its a pleasure , . The butler lives in his own quarters on the site and is there to tend to your needs. In addition, there is a security service on the grounds.

The main floor consists of a sunken "L" shaped Living/TV room overlooked by an 8-ft. bar for serving those rum punches, pina coladas and other umbrella drinks. Through the French doors in the Living room you can enjoy the view of the Caribbean sea !! or walk out onto the pool deck and enjoy a quick refreshing swim in the beautiful fiberglass finish pool.

The main living quarters of the Villa contains 3 private bedrooms each with cable TV, private bath, with ceiling fan with FULLY A/C. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the Caribbean sea. The third bedroom is on the main floor.

There is a full-size kitchen and the dining room is only steps away. Also, there is a laundry room if you choose to take fewer clothes and have room to take back all those souvenirs. island Breeze Villa where great service is a pleasure. Your housekeeper will be happy to do any laundry for you with a cost.

Everything went well from our pick up at the airport from Mr. Mcdolald to the warm welcome and round the clock service from Annmarie & Mr. G. This property is clean and spaceous. The host contacted me to brief me before our arrival and was just a phone call away if needed. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and clients.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Island Breeze Villa! It was extremely pleasant & comfortable. I wish I can say more about the hospitality & helpfulness that Mr. Glen & Ms. Ann Marie provided us from day 1 til checkout. We had a wonderful time at this home. It is in a lovely area with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Anne Marie and Glen were amazing. Not only did they take great care of us, they were extremely considerate and fun!!I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy the beauty of Jamaica. The pool was great and the food that Anne Marie cooked was delicious. Great vacation!!

We stayed at Island Breeze for 17 days and our entire stay was amazing. Ms Anne Marie and Mr Glen were so welcoming and friendly. We literally felt like part of their family by the time we left! Breakfasts and dinners were amazing. The villa itself is beautiful, well maintained and has great views of the ocean. I will definitely miss falling asleep to the crickets and tree frogs every night!! We will definitely be returning next year!!

Keith the owner was very attentive and checked in to make sure our arrival would be smooth. We were a group of 4 (3 generations) and stayed for 4 nights. We were all satisfied with our accommodations. Island Breeze is a beautiful home, it is very spacious and in a wonderful community. The grounds are well kept and the pool located in a fairly private area on the property. The staff, Glen and Ann-Marie were responsive and accommodating, they were available for our every need. I would recommend this villa for short but especially longer stays, so that you can fully enjoy the amenities.

We spent 8 days in Jamaica and had a wonderful time. The house seems older, but Ms. Ann and Mr. Glen make the stay really amazing. Ms. Ann’s meals are amazing and she goes above and beyond to make your stay hospitable. If we had one wish, it would be for the common areas to be air conditioned. We were there when the news was claiming that it was the hottest few days globally and we could not use the common areas for tv or games because everyone was sweltering. We did enjoy the pool as it was perfect for the entire family. Would recommend.

Like every other guest that leaves a review I have to say Ann Marie and Glen are awesome. The Local grocery store is nice and you will see a lot of tourist shopping there. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet . I suggest renting a car and driving the 10 minutes to the Hip Strip rather than using the cab driver ,you will save a lot of money. I will stay at island breeze for the next Jamaica trip but Kieth please find a way to get Wi-Fi to the upstairs bedrooms and you would get a 10/10 from me. Overall I give island breeze 9.5/10.

It was our first time in Jamaica for a group of 6. Both Ann Marie and Mr. Glen were so nice and always available if we needed them. The Villa was big enough to accommodate all of us. We only had time to get into the pool once but it was very refreshing and relaxing. I would recommend this villa to anyone that wants a nice and safe place to stay while in Jamaica. Keith the owner was very helpful and would always respond to my email or calls when I had questions before our stay. Thank you!

This was my first trip to Jamaica not knowing what to expect. But as soon as i got to the airport my Villa had the driver greet us with a sign. That read my name. And his staff Annemarie and Glen are fantastic you have to keep them to be honest they were the best part of my trip there despite all the activities and excursions we did their generosity and care is unmatched. Ms. Annemarie food is amazing omg that pepper steak was to die for!!!!! And so was everything else that food will put you right to sleep so be mindful it's heart/soulful food

A group of friends and I traveled to Montego Bay on our first trip to Jamaica and stayed at the Island Breeze Villa. It was simply AMAZING and more than we could have ever expected. The owner was very attentive and responded to all of my many emails and calls during the reservation process, the staff was the best and took care of our every need, and the cook made sure we ate real authentic Jamaican food that was so good I no longer eat the stuff they pass off as Jamaican food in the USA. My friends and I travel each year and this is the trip that all who attended cannot stop talking about, and all who did not attend regret missing. I recommend Island Breeze Villa to anyone looking to experience all the best that Montego Bay has to offer.

Property is very spacious and clean, location is conveniently close to airport, market, beach/town. Keith (a very nice and patient owner) was so helpful starting from our 1st conversation as we've never been to Jamaica before. The staff, Anna-Marie and Glen, are there to help so feel free to ask. Prior to arrival, we didn't plan to have dinners at home but after our 1st home-cooked meal by Anna-Marie, all 8 of us changed our minds (we chose all traditional Jamaican dishes from her menu). If you need transportation, ask Anna-Marie to call Mark (a wonderful honest taxi driver). All in all, we had a great 10 days vacation in a comfortable home, feeling pampered, yet still have our privacy. Thank you all Keith, Anna-Marie, Glen, and Mark for all that you have done for us!

We really enjoyed ourselves. Ms. Marie and Mr. Glenn made us feel very welcome, just like home. Whatever we requested, they did their best to accommodate us. Our driver Mr. McDonald was so nice. Wherever we wanted to go he made sure we got there. We ate out a couple of times and he took us to the right spots where the food was very good. The highlight of the trip was the ride on the bamboo raft, The jerk chicken wings on the grill and the beach. That is a must if you go. Mr. Hill, the host, of Island Breeze was so nice with the payment arrangements and if I had any questions, he responded back to me in a timely manner. I had. I will definitely do business with him again. I would rate this trip 10 stars if I could.

If anyone is unsure about renting a villa in Jamaica, I would strongly recommend that you book this property and see for yourself. The villa itself is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The house is kept very clean and neat - the bedrooms are great with vaulted wooden ceilings, private en suite and private balconies overlooking the sea. I felt at home from the moment I walked in the door. The staff were wonderful in taking care of us and seeing to our every need. The meals were absolutely delicious and we felt very lucky to have enjoyed such great local cuisine. We had the pleasure of having Barry drive us around the area for the week - he was very professional, helpful and always very friendly. Everyone is very professional and welcoming. All in all, I can't say enough how much we enjoyed this vacation. I hope to return soon and I will definitely recommend this experience to everyone I know travelling to this area. Lastly, go to Scotchies at least once! Great jerk chicken and pork.
