We really enjoyed our stay. Karl was responsive and kind. Location was great, property clean, and everyone in the area kind and helpful. Definitely recommend and will book again.

The view shown in the photo is not accurate. The building hasn’t recovered from the hurricane damage. It makes a good “kotch” but I wouldn’t call it a good place to stay. The inside was clean and decent. But it’s not for those who desire to have a view of the hip strip.

Convenient. So close to Dr. Cave Beach it's the highlight. Safe to walk around. Small convenience store. But if you traveling with kids with specific feeding needs, pack what you need! Easy to go around they are taxis right outside! Lots of restaurants within walking distance!

Pro-The host, Karl was very responsive. suite 506 had a beautiful view from the balcony. Great Location, close to Doctor’s Cave. Air conditioner was great. The room was clean. Plenty taxis waiting outside to take you anywhere. Con- the bathroom needs upgrading.

I booked a room at the mobay club. When I got there The room was behind the Mobay Club. It was raining and water was running down the wall next to the front door. I notified karl and the next day a manager and a handyman came to look at it. The water pressure was very low. On the 24th I had no water texted Karl to see what time the water would come on and he said that he didn't know. No staff to check you in or out. The room has a partial ocean view. Air conditioner. It was quiet but not many people were in the building. There are many other issues that I choose not to put on here.

The host Karl made my check in process very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. Karl responded right away when I locked myself out of the room by mistake which I was very grateful for considering it was pretty late at night. Thank you Karl!

The apartment was a little outdated and not that clean. Stains on the wall, really dusting bathroom door, and webs on shelfs, furniture. The shower handle feel off and the washer machine broke. He fixed the handle but couldn't fix the washer. He offered another room but my balcony was nice. Instead he washed a load of clothes for us. I just wish there was extra sheets and blankets provided. Also you have to pay everyday to get in the beach across the street. Besides those mishaps, the staff is really nice and I had a great time. I appreciate his effort.

Likes: Location close to the lounges, beach, hip strip activities. Was able to walk there. Nice gift shop on premise to buy souvenirs. Dislikes: not wheelchair or walker assessable. Elevator broke 2x had to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs for 2 days with no communication from host about repair times or apologizing for inconvenience. Nobody brings you to your room, you have to go and find it for yourself. I had to argue and complain for someone to show me my room. Place is under construction so noise from the equipment and workers. extremely dark at night and no visible security personal past the bridge door. a room was not used due to accessibility issues, yet host refused to refund me my stay so actively battling to get my money back currently even after the company i booked through agreed to refund me, he refused. Host ignores your messages until its convenient for him to respond, he is very inconsiderate and dishonest. There are other owners of condos and apartments in the building that other people loved and apartments much nicer. book with them.

The stay was awesome! Local restaurants, shops, and markets are all walking distances. The beach is right across the street. The clubs are a few steps away. The view was spectacular. Room was clean and comfortable and up to date. Being able to make dinner in the room was a plus! Nice!

When arriving if, the property is not going to be ready as advertised at the time for check-in please notify the customer so they, wont feel as though they're dealing with unprofessional services. Unit was clean, parking was okay due to the storm demonstrating some of the area on the property.

Requested 2 ocean view rooms- one room had a small view of the ocean which was not what was in the photos, The elevator was not reliable, we got stuck in it once. It failed 2 other times and we had to walk the stairs. They are doing construction everywhere. The directions to get in were not good. Sometimes, the water would not get warm, the shower drain would not drain and would run on the bathroom floor, there’s a smell. On the positive side, the ac worked, the bed was comfortable, the shop downstairs was nice, it was directly across from beach access, could communicate with landlord easily

Clean space, no roaches or many bugs but the place is not as advertised. They use a general picture for the house and beach which I felt was somewhat misleading despite their description being pretty accurate. It’s a studio with a view of the beach but not from the bed, only when you stand at the balcony. It’s close to many beaches and there’s food places around while the main town is close by. Bathroom has no caddy or place to put things in the shower and the water takes some time to heat but that could have been due to the effects of the hurricane. Overall not worth as much in my opinion but if you must find a place by the beach it is a good option.

The exact location was a little tricky but Karl was a phone call away to assist. The building was safe and close to everything, but it’s in need of repairs and updating. The apartment itself met our expectations for the price paid. Loved the balcony to watch sunsets and the hip strip. My family loved the fact that the beach was across the street and dining out was walkable. I would definitely book this place again, only about 10mins to the airport.

HOTEL STAY

The location of this apartment is the best part of the stay. The room is clean and well maintained. Security at front entrance great and very helpful with navigating around the neighborhood. The strip can get sketchy with drug dealers and prostitutes so be careful at night time. 5 mins from the airport. I would recommend this stay only to those that keep a low profile and know how to navigate the street life straight up.

The staff was very courteous. However the room wasnt cleaned properly. There were cobwebs on the bed frame and windows. The bathroom seem to be falling apart or in the process of renovation. The taps were either missing or falling off . Debris fell from the roof in the bathroom in the sinck . The bath it self need a proper way to lead water to the drain as well as proper cleaning . The kitchen was clean and we love the layout and design. The balcony is great as we could watch the sunset. The area is located close to the hot spots and nice clean beaches which is definitely great . The AC worked perfectly. Apart from renovation needed it was overall a time well spent. I will definitely be back !! Just please have those issues addressed.

The location is perfect with regards to being close to everything. On the other hand, the room I stayed in needs sound proofing. I felt like I was sleeping on the roadside or in the middle of the party happening next door. It’s time for the mattresses to be changed (the pillow top is no longer “pillowing” lol) and add variety in pillow firmness. Parking was a bit nerve wracking but I was told that is due to the hurricane that caused the primary location to close. I hope that can be resolved soon. That being said, there should be an attendant at the gate or a phone number to call the security to open the gate instead of having to run up the stairs to call them each time. I also think there could be improvements in cleaning. There was nothing disgusting but a little more attention needed to be paid. I look forward to the future renovations that will make this place perfect and then I’ll be happy to stay again.
