Getting around was a bit difficult even with a car. Very steep hills and is not so walkable. Very windy roads so it takes longer than expected to get to places. "We loved our stay here. It’s a special property and inn. The hosts Lorenzo and Giacomo are so kind and helpful. They also can be trusted on restaurant recommendations. We found the food in Siena to be amazing. The daily breakfasts are excellent with fresh ingredients and many choices. The setting and views could not be better. As you’d expect at a property this old, the rooms are small but the room was comfortable and had great amenities- the mattress, sheets and towels were all high quality. "

"The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean and well equipped. The walk to the main piazza is about 15-20 mins but it’s safe to walk. Only thing is the walls are “thin”. You hear everything next door and that was an issue for us."
