A peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family!

Our gîte, L'Auberoche, has been created in a former barn; the charm of its antique materials will seduce you with its authenticity.
On the first floor, it comprises a large family living room, a kitchen opening onto the outside, and a lounge with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and an 80cm television with 25 digital terrestrial channels. Adjoining this is a 13m² master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there is a large mezzanine bedroom with a second queen-size bed. A bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub under a large skylight. This second bedroom can accommodate a second couple or three children with a floor bed. ATTENTION: This is a cozy, attic-style space (1.77m)! A garden table and barbecue (in summer) are available on your private terrace where you can eat in the shade of a large oak tree. Many games are at your disposal: badminton court, ping-pong table, children's swing, pétanque, Molkky, badminton or volleyball court, frisbee, not to mention board games and crayons inside. For the little ones, we have the following available upon request: high chair, travel cot with thick mattress, duvet & sheets, baby bath, baby tableware, bottle warmer and stroller. Our A private 10x5m saltwater swimming pool is just steps from your accommodation. Its children's area and sun loungers await you from June to September. Our equine friends are welcome on the property with 4 hectares of meadows, 2 shelters, a grooming area, a shower, and unlimited water and hay in winter. €7/night. Direct access to a 600-hectare forest with PR-GR hiking trails. Bicycles/hybrid bikes available for loan. Firewood included. Private parking for all vehicles on the property. Access to the property is via an automatic gate. A remote control is provided. Please close the gate after each use as we have horses on the property.
