The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. "One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed - hotel is an old palace and the whole place is so unique. Only thing was it was a bit challenging to find the ‘front desk’ to check in (not the typical counter you expect to see at a hotel) so took us a little bit to check in etc but was such a lovely place to stay"

"Such a beautiful property, well maintained with spacious rooms and amazing views. The property is relatively small but is a great find. This is our second visit and we did feel the food was not as good as last time we were here. It is of good quality but we felt it was overpriced and had become too complex, we feel the removal of the buffet breakfast will lead to more waste and was not to our taste."
