The hotel is lovely and the staff were very helpful. However, the room wasn't as clean as we expected – there were quite a few spider webs in the bathroom and around the room, so it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. The stargazing experience was amazing and we highly recommend it!

O quarto que reservei estava com cheiro de cigarro muito forte. A equipe do hotel conseguiu um outro quarto bem menor, mas que tinha cheiro de fossa. Não tive compensação financeira pelo downgrade de quarto e apenas ofereceram uma tábua de frios no quarto.

Hotel com excelente qualidade. Cresceu um pouco nos últimos anos e tem que ter mais atenção ao serviço, nomeadamente nos pequenos almoços. Deveriam melhorar o parque das crianças, ter ginásio nem que fosse outdoor.

Really nice hotel in a beautiful location with some thoughtful touches. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant was very pleasant. Some minor wear and tear in the room, but generally in good condition.

Our place had two rooms and was very spacious and we loved the decor of the place. Coming in the off season, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. Service was excellent.

Indimenticabile soggiorno! Devo tornare

Hotel veramente di altissima qualità. Iniziando dalla struttura, gran gusto architettonico, suite di grandi dimensioni ed arredate in stile essenziale ma di gran pregio. Le zone comuni sono splendide, la sala colazione interna da vista sul parco e lago con una vista davvero squisita. Servizio: impeccabile e davvero disponibili. Nonostante la cucina chiuda alle 22.00 mi hanno fatto trovare la cena pronta, calda appena arrivato in hotel (orario di arrivo circa 22.15) Colazione ei gran pregio, senza inutili fronzoli ma di ottima qualità.
