"As soon as you check in on Davide's property, you realise how much effort and care was put into every detail.I feel that anything I said would just mimic the description of the property from the website, so I won't do that. Instead, I'd say, if you are planning to visit this area I strongly recommend you considering staying on this property. We stayed three families with children ranging from 5-10 years old. Everyone was extremely happy with the stay and with what the accommodation provided in terms of comfort and entertainment.Communication with the host is five stars, and his staff is always available should you need something.It is a no brainer for the future if we ever come back to Calábria.I miss that view in the morning with the boy skies the beautiful open sea. "

"The location is perfect for a relaxing each break and Calabria is stunning. The property is above the owners home in beautiful and extensive grounds with views of the beach beyond. There is a lovely terrace area where you can lounge or eat. The beach is literally at the bottom of the garden across the road and is massive, with very few people on it. There are a few lidos dotted along the beach for refreshments. San Sostene itself is quiet with few facilities so a CRA is essential, but nearby Sovrato has more facilities if required. The owners and the housekeeper speak excellent English and couldn’t have been more welcoming."

"First time in Calabria, visiting some native friends of the region. The outside was well kept. We loved the open layout of the inside. Kitchen had all the essentials. The owner of the place Eliano was very responsive to any concern/issue we had. Gave a very detailed list of things/need to knows before check-in and just over all a great guy. If we are ever back in Calabria we will defiantly consider staying here again!"

"We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is well located to several beaches and the grounds are very well maintained. The rooms are clean. We did not stay at the hotel, we stayed in one of the rooms(called a suite) within the hotel grounds. Staff at the front desk were polite and check in/out process was quick and easy. Breakfast is average and the service was basic. As it was pouring rain one evening we deciding to try the hotel restaurant. We found the dinner to be a tad expensive and lacking overall quality. The basic Italian dishes were disappointing and were not at the level expected in Italy. The service for dinner was awful, the staff was cold, uninterested and could not be bothered. Seemed as though they were annoyed that guests were arriving for dinner We were not the only guests who noticed this during our stay. I would suggest reviewing/discussing any potential charges such as breakfast/dinner/bar/towel/parking etc once you check in at the front desk to avoid any unexpected fees at check out. "
