"Siamo arrivati la mattina nella struttura, ci rechiamo alla reception e diamo nome e cognome della prenotazione. A casa della mala gestione del gestore, si era perso la nostra prenotazione, dopo quasi un’ora e mezza é riuscito a recuperarla e invece di darci due stanze come da prenotazione effettuata ci ha dato una stanza sola per 4 persone.
