Great place to stay near Montepulciano

We had a very nice stay. Olimpia was a gracious host. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

The property owner and family made us feel welcome and were available at all times to answer questions or provide assistance in making reservations.The property was so beautiful. There were pomegranate trees, walnut trees, fig trees, limes and of course, grapes and olives.The views were beautiful.I would highly recommend this property when visiting Tuscany

A True Tuscan Experience

This place is magic. If you want a true Tuscan Experience, this is a place for you. Rustic, quiet, and enchanting. It is not a luxury place, it has deep Tuscan roots and you feel a connection to this amazing area of Italy. Olympia and her son are the best people. They will be friends forever. The cooking class was a highlight of our trip. This is a rare gem of a place. We will forever hold our time there in our hearts.

Entspannung pur

Die Anlage überzeugt durch ihre traumhafte ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick in die Weinberge und auf Montepulciano. Der Pool ist herrlich - die Olivenbäume spenden natürlichen Schatten! Die Wohnung als solches einfach aber gemütlich eingerichtet und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Über eine steile Treppe erreicht man das Elternschlafzimmer. Sehr hilfreich sind die Insektengitter. So kann man die kühle Nachtluft nutzen und lüften. Somit hat auch der Hahn gute Chancen gehört zu werden, wenn er den Morgen ankündigt ;-) Speziell für kleine Kinder sind die Tiere im Garten sicher eine tolle Erfahrung. Für jede Wohnung steht ein Sitzplatz in einer Laube bereit. Essen im Freien wird zur wahren Freude. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem Gelände, so dass sie für jegliche Fragen zur Verfügung stehen. Eine WhatsApp genügte und das Wasser war wieder warm! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!!!

Lovely location close to Montepulciano

We had a lovely week at this property. Although the apartment itself was a bit old and tired and in need of refurbishment the grounds and the pool are great. I believe there are only 2 other small apartments so it never feels crowded and more often than not the pool is quiet and we generally had it to ourselves. The pool is big and has lovely views of the countryside around Montepulciano. It's a great base for visiting all the extraordinary villages and towns in this part of Tuscany. Olympia was super friendly and the 2 sons we met are lovely. A relaxing stay in the height of summer and despite the high temperatures we had a wonderful time.
