Villa Nibbiano is located 2 km (1 mi) from Montepulciano, Italy and only 31 km (19 mi) from Cortona in the tourist area "Orcia Valley".

Montepulciano can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes, or 200 mt from the villa you can take a bus that takes you into town.
