Fun shore bungalow that is walkable to the beach!

"I cannot say enough about how lovely this cottage is and how welcoming the property owner is. First, the cottage! It's even more pretty and bright and comfortable than the photos show. All of the beds and furniture are cozy and perfect. The kitchen is well-appointed and just the right size - plenty of room to cook, but also leaves good space for the rest of the living area. Loved the bathroom (such.soft.towels) plus the fact that there was a really good washer/dryer there. And the outside furniture and grill! Seriously, you'll love staying here. It's a super easy, very short walk to the beach and to the Wawa and to the DQ and to several other places, and it's not a hop-skip by car to the Seaside Heights boardwalk. Now! Let's talk about the property owner. Fantastic communication throughout - responsive, kind, friendly, and made the process so easy and welcoming. And that was a special task for our visit, because we arrived just before a nor'Easter! So as you can imagine, there was a little extra back and forth. :) I strongly recommend taking advantage of this place if you have the chance."

"Amazing location! If you love the beach, this is the place for you. Just walk out the door, over the dunes, and you're there - no shoes needed!The house was comfortable and tastefully decorated. TV in every room. Comfortable beds. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths our family of 6 had plenty of space.But the huge outside deck is certainly a plus! You can even watch the Seaside boardwalk fireworks from it. You unfortunately can't see the beach because of the dunes.The owner was attentive and returned calls quickly. He even ordered a new BBQ grill and had it delivered the next day.Wish list- the sofa is dated and well used (it is a rental unit after all) . There's plenty of seating outside, but new cushions would make it perfect.Definitely recommend and hope to return!"

"Everything about our stay was great! The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family...& the hosts were super helpful & friendly! Was also nice to be able to bring our dogs with us! There is a little park by the bay, which is very closeby! Our grandchildren enjoyed spending time there in the morning...and the walk to the beach wasn't too bad at all! We would defenitely go back! "This house is clean. The bed I slept in was comfortable. The bedrooms have fans in addition to the air conditioning - which worked well to cool the house. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with cooking and serving items and the host left us a bottle of wine. There is ample seating in the living room and the couch, loveseat and chair are comfortable. Check in was easy with an electronic lock. The walk to the beach is an easy one. The area was quiet. The host was responsive to questions and offered an early check-in once the cleaning service was done. When I added an extra night, he charged the nightly price from my original reservation, even though there had been a price increase. The outdoor space is limited, just a spot at the back of the driveway with a table. We did not use the grill, dishwasher, or coffeemaker so I cannot comment on those. Parking is very tight with two SUVs, but manageable. We were able to find street parking within walking distance. There are several restaurants within walking distance and an ice cream shop (with vegan options) at the end of the block. Those with mobility issues should note that there are stairs to enter the house, all the bedrooms are upstairs, and the shower in the downstairs bath (1 of 2) is easy to get in and out of but is very small. Older family members in our party found it difficult to manage. There were plenty of bath towels. The instructions for checkout were reasonable (wipe surfaces, towels in hamper, put away dishes)."
