The furniture was old. The bedsheets had a big black hair on it.. Not sure if the sheets were just worn out or there were crumbs in the bed. It was gross.

Extremely clean, wonderful front desk service, modern bathroom, lots of power outlets to charge things. Good location; lots of food options in surrounding intersections and Cannery Row just 2 miles away. Very quiet

Hampton Inn Monterey provided me and my husband's need for a short time vacation. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The location of Hampton Inn Monterey is near the tourist spots and a trail or two that is walkable for your morning walk. Breakfast is provided and there is a In and Out that you can walk in 2 minutes. The staff are friendly and respectful. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider checking in again.

Extremely clean place. The breakfast was alright, just enough to hold you down for the morning. Staff was helpful and nice. It is a drive to get to some Monterey attractions like the Warf and cannery row but some good fast places to eat are near by.

Very clean and comfy. Good breakfast. Having a room near the ice machine was an inconvenience due to the noise at night when people grabbed ice and I was trying to sleep, but overall great! A bit overpriced considering that it’s only a motel.

All staff were very nice and acommodating. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Vincent at the front desk was extremely helpful when i called before booking. We needed a wheelchair accessible room and the pictures did not show the toilet area accurately. He personally went to the room to check so he could verbally explain how the safety bars were placed. He also encouraged me to book with Hotels.com because the rate was better than what he could offer. He then had me call him back just to make sure i booked the same room he looked at for me. EXCELLENT customer service! We will be staying here again in the future.
