Find Scuba Diving in Monterey, CA

Excellent stay in this beautiful, pet friendly hi-tech hotel. The staff were all superb, the bed very comfortable and the design beautiful.

Beautiful location and very convenient. Breakfast in room a plus

Everything was very good but i think you need to have queen beds and not full size bed

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was cute and comfortable.

Great location and awesome staff and rooms

At first I didn't know what to expect from this resort seeing as it was literally right in the middle of the hills and grass area. From the main street, it didn't look like much, but once you get into the driveway, it opens up to a beautiful location. The valet and busboys are spot on and every helpful. The check-in process was a breeze and took only a few minutes. We were then escorted to our gorgeous room where the mini fridge was stocked and there were snack bowls filled with fresh fruit...

Sure place to be when going to Monterey

Convenient location where you can walk everywhere you want to go in Monterey. Beautiful, clean property with a superbly friendly staff. We've stayed here several times and it never disappoints!

This place deserves top marks. We stayed there three nights and were pleased with the staff, the physical condition of the buildings, the cleanliness and the price. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent service and really clean. I would book here again!

Planned a staycation for our anniversary and called a few days ahead to see if they could have anything in the room to surprise my hubs and to my delight, Ben was accommodating and told me about the partnerships they have with the local florist and party decorations store. They took great care of us and the room was beautiful. Amazing staff and overall just 100000/100000.

Near good reataurants "America's last home town" Good parking Very scenic

Incomparable location. Our first morning we crossed the street to sit on a bench on the bluff above the shore, and 5 minutes later two whales suddenly surfaced right in front of us. Our room was warm, sunny, comfortable. The bathroom looked newly remodeled and was sparkly clean, but perfectly in character with such a historical house. It had a tub with jacuzzi jets plus a shower. walking distance to Cannery Row while feeling like you were in a village far from civilization. We loved it. A...

Cleanliness, staff, location, amenities and so much more. Such a fun trip. Thank the staff for making everything feel so comfortable

We enjoyed our stay-cation here over New Years. We live in the area but have always wanted to stay at Merrit House. It is adorable on the outside and our room was as well. There was a wood burning fireplace in the room and we were offered wood if we were interested in using it. The bathroom had a modern updated look while the room itself held the charming look of older days. We were on the first floor with a walkout patio to the cute courtyard. The only thing we would have wanted different is...

Good location, clean rooms, good price

Amazing location within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Wonderful property! Will re-boot for my next beach getaway

Cute place. Didn't start in the cottages. Stayed in the main hotel. Didn't get in the pool. Had a nice firepit in the center of the cottages. Cute little river view from our balcony. No air conditioning so we had to leave the doors open until we went to sleep. Didn't get during the night so that was nice

Location was key and park I g should be included in pricing of room.
