An aside, every local person we met on the streets when we were in Siena was pleasant and offered help when we looked a little confused with our directions. "

"This is a 5+ star facility. Our room was outrageous with frescos and paintings on the walls and ceiling. The staff went out of their way to help us with our requests and provide a history of the property. Our room had 1.5 bathrooms and the breakfast had an excellent choice of items. "

"The property is very quiet and great for a relaxing experience to rest. The staff is very helpful , especially with organizing transportation as the hotel is not in the centre of Siena and it is sometimes difficult to find a local taxi. The breakfast buffet had one of the best varieties I’ve seen during my trip where I stayed at 5 different hotels over 2 weeks. My only criticism is that the key ring for the room key is very big and heavy and not easy to carry around. I would suggest investing in smaller/ lighter ones"

The tour of the facilities was informative, and we even had the opportunity to taste some of their finest wines in their beautiful underground cellar. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It was a highlight of our trip. During our stay, we also had the chance to explore the charming town nearby, where we enjoyed coffee, gelato, and pizza while soaking in the stunning views. The spa experience was a major highlight. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the spa’s serene atmosphere was the perfect complement to the natural beauty surrounding us. The pool area was pristine, offering a peaceful oasis to unwind "
