The kitchenette provided a lot of flexibility for meals, and the location was super -- right beside the Seine and within easy walking distance of the old city and the major sites to be seen. Hotel location was fantastic, just a block off the midway point of Rick Steve’s asking tour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rouen is definitely worth a couple days. See the Beaux Arts museum. "
