A solid 5 stars. The staff was extremely helpful. They did 2 loads of laundry. One in the morning. The other in the afternoon and the price was very reasonable ($15). The breakfast buffet was good. It's hard to find a breakfast of more than pastries in Monterosso. The staff was friendly and helpful for anything. This hotel being very close to the beach was something I was looking for. They even have beach towels you can use. I'll be staying there again.

Five star for location. Easy five minute walk from Monterosso Train Station. Conversely, easy walk to everything you want to do in the beautiful area of Cinque Terre. Nice breakfast with beautiful area under pine trees and Palms to eat and plan your day. Incredible staff. One thing to note, fantastic option to fill a load of dirties for 15€. Gave it 9AM back, folded at 3pm. 2min walk to free public beach. Staff is incredible 6-stars. Especially, Emma. Love you girl! Two stars for shower. Fantastic pressure but tiny space. Like getting into a midget car. Great air conditioning. Would definitely stay here again. I think most places have tiny showers.

Loved the hotel - great staff and location. The only problem is that the walls and floors have next to no noise insulation and when you have noisy neighbours who like to chat at 5am it is a little frustrating.
