"Property is fantastic, rooms are slightly cramped but that's what you expect in Rome. Location is a bit far from central Rome (about 30 minutes by bus, includes a change) and might be very slightly unnerving to come to at night with public transport. We didn't mind since we travelled in a group. "

"This was our third stay at Hotel Napoleon. It never disappoints! From the moment you walk in until you check out, the staff is ready and willing to help make your Rome experience everything it should be. Everyone is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast buffet works great! We have even relied on their tour council, and they went above and beyond to help us secure hard to get tours. Also, you can’t beat the location, twenty steps from the Metro and a ten minute walk to the train station. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Rome!!!!"

"The room upgrade I hadn’t even asked for was much appreciated! Loved the terrace. Most of the food was excellent. The staff worked hard but I suspect there were not enough of them. I would definitely return."
