Not recommended

The room was not properly cleaned. Also, water pressure was low. The AC is not temperature-controlled. Either turn off or on. I am not staying there anymore.

En la aplicación elegí habitación para 3 personas, y cuando llegue al Hotel me dijeron que solo fue para dos, y que tenía que pagar por una persona extra, como si fuera hotel de quinta, una experiencia terrible, y el Hotel ya está muy viejo, y los colchones no están más vencidos porque ya no pueden.

No me gusto que al llegar me cobraran 600 pesos más que lo que aparecía en mi reservación con expedía me dijeron que eran los impuestos y les dije que a mi me dijeron que era el total que pagaría en la recepción y me dijeron así lo hace expedidos pero me hicieron que pagara más dinero y no estoy de acuerdo

Cuando llegué moví una cama para buscar un zapato y abajo había basura de chicles de huéspedes anteriores y tierra como que no mueven nada y solo limpian alrededor, había cafetera pero no café Lo demás excelente

El personal de recepción fue amable sin embargo desde mi llegada solicité factura y me decían en un rato queda, y así sucesivamente hasta unas horas antes de retirarme Tenían cucarachas me tocó verlas en el área de comida, en la habitación y en pasillos El aire en la habitación 505 no funcionaba correctamente

No deberían recomendar este hotel en Monterrey, yo solicite la cancelación porque es un hotel socio, el personal con pésimo servicio, no les importo en absoluto que uno les comentará que la habitación estaba sucia, sin mantenimiento, el agua de la llave con olor a caño, le solicite que me acompañaran a que vieran la habitación y se negaron a verla, no quise otra habitación porque la verdad me dio miedo de pescar alguna infección, ya no puedo confiar en los hoteles que recomienda su aplicación.

Lamentablemente el dia que llegaba a monterrey se demoro el vuelo por lo tanto llegue muy tarde al hotel, me comunique al hotel para decir que llegaría en 10:30 u 11 de la noche de ese mismo día y no respetaron mi reservación. Tuve que buscar otro hotel
