El hotel huele mal. Las sábanas se notan sucias. El personal no tiene interés en resolver problemáticas de los clientes. De hecho consideran que los clientes de aplicaciones representan una perdida de ingreso para el establecimiento. Pues argumentan que solo reciben el 60% de costo de la habitación. Ese argumento le dijo el recepcionista a un cliente también molesto.

The bed sheets, pillows, and bath towels were always dirty. The staff told us they were stained but clean. The room's walls were dirty. The air conditioning wasn't working properly. There was no telephone in the room, and we had to go down to the front desk every time.
