The hotel is overpriced, pool is dirty and not cleaned. Gym didn’t have towels and getting into it wasn’t allowed with my key because I had a standard room. I also needed to get my key programmed 5 times…. Not what I was expecting if you compare other hotels in the area with similar prices.

Habitaciones limpias, solo el primer día de ingreso las llaves no funcionaron en 2 ocasiones y me cambiaron de habitación. En la habitación me topé con 2 cucarachos pequeños, se camuflajean con el color del piso. Solicité fumigación y ya no aparecieron nuevamente. Gym excelente, muy completo para una rutina diaria, alimentos muy buenos, el personal siempre amable y atentos.

We traveled to Monterrey for a medical procedure and wasn’t sure how long the stay would be. ( three nights) We traveled with our two fur babies. The hotel was clean, staff was kind, and professional. The experience was top tier. Would stay here again
