Great place to attend whatever is happening at Arena Monterrey. Breakfast was quite good. Room walls were paper-thin. Check in was weird as the lobby is on an upper level but there are no signs indicating to ride the elevator up, that would definitely improve the experience. Overall a good one, anyway.

Hice la reserva por Medio de Uds y me cancelaron la reservación Cuando llegue al Hotel me avisaron que estaba cancelada. Creo que pueden darle los datos del Cliente al hotel para q avisen y pasarles otra tarjeta o no llegar al hotel si está cancelada la habitación. Nos buscaron otra Opción pero era muy tarde y pagué dos taxis.

La habitación que se reservó con un costo adicional es porque ofrecían vista a la montaña, sin embargo solamente mostraban vista al letrero de la arena Monterrey, me comentaron que la siguiente noche nos cambiarian de habitación y nunca lo hicieron; inseguro el estacionamiento porque la primera noche amaneció el carro abierto de la cajuela, se reporto y jamás le dieron seguimiento. NO lo recomiendo
