"Arrived too warm welcome at reception.Able to access the room which was on the second floor and had a balcony looking towards the sea. The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach The hotel has parking for around about eight cars with two charging points. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the Harbour area well worth it many restaurants in the market. This hotel has a small boutique type and the staff are fabulous. Its location is between go grottemarre and s bennitino both train stations that can get you to Ankona airport a cab is about €20. As well as a full range of restaurants opposite there is a pub less than 100 m away go to Sherwood run by an Italian family who made us most welcome "

It was difficult to cool the room, but this may be a unique situation, because we're Canadian and find a lot of rooms in Italy too warm for us. It's probably fine for people used to milder weather. "We enjoyed staying in the suite which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living area and a big balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean along lungomare. The hotel has a modern Zen design. The cleaning staff were amazing. The breakfast selection of fruits, cereals, eggs, cheeses, charcuteries, pastries were delicious and nutritious, and they also provided lactose free milk and soy beverages, also yummy cappuccinos. The only complaint we have is the uncomfortable beds as the mattress was too firm and hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a board which made my body ache so I did not sleep well. The hotel needs to provide better and comfortable beds for their guests. "
