"1 - No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Mirror fogs up when using shower. 2 - HVAC - Very noisy when it is running. 3 - Hallway temperature is very cold (59 degrees reading) on the 3rd floor thermostat located near elevators. 4 - checkout - There was no one at registration desk at 7:35 am to check me out. Problem is I was required to leave a deposit of $100.00 on a credit card to cover anything I might need. With no one there, how am I getting that deposit refunded or removed from that card? 5 - Lack of food service in the whole area doesn’t warrant a return visit."

"Our stay at Allegheny Springs was great. We were on the first floor so we had walkout access to the pool area. A short walk to several restaurants and shops. Fantastic mountain view."

"Our group of family and friends had a great stay! The house is well stocked with anything you could want to stay entertained when not exploring the outdoors. Monica was responsive and a wonderful host. For those with an EV car, there is an EV charger in the parking lot - so super easy to recharge while away. Highly recommend Black Bear 33!"

"Our third time here and everything was absolutely wonderful. The deer and wild turkeys are so much fun to watch from the hot tub. The owners are extremely responsive and you can tell that they really care about their guests. Everything is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. We will be back. If not this year, then next. 10 out of 10."
