Llegar puede ser un pelín complicado pues es un camino que rodea la montaña y que aunque asfaltado, es estrecho y sin iluminación (viniendo desde Andorra) y sin iluminación así que mirad de venir durante el día. La gente que lo gestiona es muy amable y siempre mirando de ayudarte o darte conversación. El hotel se ve limpio y todo funciona perfectamente y el desayuno, fenomenal. El pan te lo tuestan ellos mismos al fuego así que puede imaginarte que se come bien

Exelente ubicación. Ambiente inmejorable. El staff muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Aunque las habitaciones fueron un poco austeras y sin baño propio, creo que para ser un albergue están muy bien. Recomendable.

At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. Lovely hotel with brilliant spa facilities. Easy walk into town to buy souvenirs and supplies. Location is stunning. Had a lovely stay, thank you.

Everything was wonderful and the breakfast was fantastic

Nice hotel located out of the hustle and rush of Andorra. Restaurant food was good and front desk staff was helpful. One negative thing that did occur is after dinner, we sat in the bar area at one of the tables. Not a soul approached to offer service, which we found to be quite disheartening considering the experience up to that point. After waiting 25 minutes, and simply being stared by the staff, we just went to our room.
