This beautiful, typically Tuscan stone cottage is situated in a very quite position approximately 2 km from Montescudaio village, between vineyards and olive trees. It has a big garden with garden furniture to spend many hours relaxing outside. There is also a small pool for children ( 6,10 x 3,60 xH 1,3m ). The 100 m² house has been partly renovated a few years ago. At the ground floor is a simple kitchen with dining area and open fire place and a big living room with SAT-TV and Wifi. Washing machine in a separate room. At the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double room and a room with 3 single beds. Bathroom with WC and shower. The furniture is simple but comfortable and the typical structure shows the Tuscan tradition. Car parking next to the house. For this special position this cottage is perfect to relax in the Tuscan nature.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Im Oktober kann man hier durchaus noch etwas Sommer tanken, wenn man mit 22°C auskommt. Hier und da mal ein Schauer, aber auch das bei Temperaturen um die 20°C +- 2 grd. Danach wieder Sonne.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Haus mit unserem Hund Sam verbracht. Alleine der Poolbereich war ein Traum für uns. Und Sam konnte frei herum laufen da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war. Jederzeit wieder

Entspannung pur

Das Haus ist schön abgelegen, mitten in der schönen Natur. Es ist einfach eingerichtet, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der neue grössere Pool ist einfach herrlich und rings ums Haus gab es immer wieder etwas zu entdecken. Es war eine Woche Entspannung pur und hat uns super gut gefallen.

Ruhiges Ferienhäuschen, ideal zum Abschalten

Mit Teenager und Hund haben wir 14 Tage in dem abgelegenen und ruhigen Ferienhäuschen zugebracht und uns dabei sehr erholt. Alles ist vorhanden, sehr sauber und wir hatten einen super freundlichen Empfang von Daniela, die uns auch den Weg zum Haus gezeigt hat. Der Sitzpool war sehr gut gepflegt und regelmäßig gewartet, so hatten wir auch Abkühlung in heißen Tagen. Der schöne und angenehm schattige Außenbereich war gut nutzbar zum Grillen und Erholen. Dadurch dass überall an allen Fenstern (!) Mückennetze eingesetzt sind, waren auch die zahlreichen Mücken auszuhalten. Danke an Daniela und die Vermieter für die schöne Zeit!

Schönes idyllisches Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, bis auf eine Spülmaschine haben wir nichts vermisst. Es ist perfekt zum entspannen, sogar mit Pool. Am Abend kommen Mücken aber da an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter sind, ist das nicht so schlimm. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Altes Bauernhaus mit großem Grundstück

Das Haus liegt am Rande von Montescudaio fernab des Trubels. Das Grundstück ist groß und bietet diverse Sitz- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten im Garten. Der Pool ist an heißen Tagen der richtige Ort für eine Abkühlung. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 bis 6 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach, aber ausreichend. Die größeren Städe in der Umgebung wie Pisa, Florenz und Siena sind mit dem Auto in 1-2h zu erreichen. Uns hat San Gimignano zur Abendstunde besonders gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Der Besitzer war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle

Schönes Haus ausserhalb der Ortschaft.

Die Liegenschaft ist schön etwas abseits gelegen und bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre. Sie ist gepflegt und gut unterhalten. Uns hat der Urlaub viel Spass gemacht und wir wurden auch sehr nett empfangen! Vielen Dank!

Belle location superbe région gastronomie excellente personnes du coin très sympas et extrêmement gentilles. Juste 2 petites remarques beaucoup de moustiques mais c'est la campagne... Et pas de Lave Vaisselle ça manque quand même.... Sinon tout le reste au Top

Ideales Haus für Hundebesitzer

Ein sehr idyllisch gelegenes und aufgrund des alten Baumbestandes auch im heißen Sommer mit Schatten versehenes Grundstück. Das Haus war praktisch eingerichtet. Die komplette Umzäunung erlaubte es auch unserem Wachhund einen erfolgreichen Urlaub zu erleben - zum Leidwesen des nur italienisch sprechenden Poolpflegers.

La Quercia - Familienurlaub

Hallo, wir haben die Zeit in der Toskana im Ferinehaus La Quercia sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Im Garten ist ein gemauerter Grill, den wir sehr gerne und oft genutzt haben. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Pool. Unsere Kinder waren täglich mehrmals beim Baden und hatten riesigen Spaß. Die Umgebung von Montescudaio ist typisch für die Toskana und auch die Nähe zum Meer haben wir für Ausflüge nach Cecina genutzt. Ideal war, daß auch ein Hundestrand Nahe Cecina Mare zu finden war. Wir fahren nächstes Jahr auf alle Fälle wieder nach Montescudaio (-: Mfg Reinhard & Familie

Super enspannter Urlaub in d. Toscana

Wir sind zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) hier 2 Wochen geblieben und hätten gern noch länger verweilt. Das Haus liegt ist sehr ruhig, abseits von lärmenden Straßen und mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Landschaft der Toscana gelegen. Morgens frühstückt man in seeliger Ruhe inmitten hügeliger Landschaft mit fanatastischem Sonnenaufgang. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern und ist sauber sowie zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der kleine Pool wurde von unseren Kindern gern und ausgiebig in "Pausen" genutzt. Der Service der Vermietung durch Frau Daniela Schönenberg (Büro im Ort) war sehr professionell, flexibel und angenehm. Sie stand uns auch mit Auskunft und Rat zur Umgebung sowie Ausflugszielen zur Verfügung. Gern kehren wir zurück und können das Ferienhaus anderen Gästen uneingeschränkt sehr empfehlen. Bis bald einmal wieder !!!
