"The location was great being inside the park as it is 20 miles in from the entrance with many switch backs in the road as you climb the mountain. Once at the lodge you are close to many of the sites. Enjoyed our cabin with a nice view and especially enjoyed the back balcony, even had a wild horse grazing in close vicinity."
"Upon entering the room, I discovered numerous serious issues that made the room unacceptable, including:
- Duct tape covering the door lock.
- No smoke alarm in the room, creating a significant safety hazard.
- A towel stuffed into the wall to hold the air conditioner in place.
- Hair on the pillows.
- Toilet paper stuffed into the peephole.
