Very nice apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
Ideally located in the popular Obelisk district, at the foot of the slopes. All shops in the immediate vicinity. Very well maintained and very comfortable co-ownership.
Ski and boot room (heated), individual closed garage, indoor swimming pool, hammam and sauna (collective).
Duplex of approximately 100 m2.
Floor 1: entrance, toilet, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with shower and sink; living room and dining room opening onto South-West facing terrace; stove.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with 4 single beds; 1 double bedroom with shower and sink, opening onto terrace; 1 bedroom with sofa bed (160) overlooking a small garden; 1 large bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Plenty of storage space; high comfort equipment; wi-fi (fiber), 4 TV (smart).
Animals (even small ones) strictly prohibited. Non-smoking apartment.
Possibility of ski lift passes, ski rental and lessons, massages and treatments, concierge service.
