"Bis auf den relativ späten Check-in, die nicht mögliche Absprache über einen evtl. früheren Check-in (kein Tel.Anruf oder Eingehen auf meine E-Mails, sondern nur vorgefertigte Standard-Schreiben) und die unzumutbare Park-Situation, waren wir mit dem Zimmer, das wir nur für eine Nacht genutzt hatten, sehr zufrieden. Da wir nicht so spät mit dem Zug nach Paris rein fahren wollten, hätten wir gerne früher unser Reisegepäck ins Zimmer gestellt, mussten es aber dann im Auto lassen, das nicht näher...

"La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y el personal fue amable y atento durante toda la estadía. Sin embargo, la habitación y el baño eran bastante pequeños. El aire acondicionado prácticamente no enfriaba, por lo que tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas ambas noches, lo que hacía que entrara mucho ruido y claridad desde temprano. Cuando solicitamos un abanico, nos lo llevaron rápidamente y eso ayudó un poco. También notamos que la ducha tenía algo de hongo. Como punto positivo, cenamos una noche en el restaurante del hotel y la comida estuvo muy buena. En general, la ubicación y el servicio fueron excelentes, pero las habitaciones podrían mejorar en comodidad y mantenimiento."

"The hotel is in a very convenient area. Lots of restaurants and stores around. Public transportation stations are close by. The rooms were clean but the bathroom area has a weird opening with drapery at one side which doesn’t give you privacy when you shower. There was a very bad smell coming from the shower drain. The staff at the lobby bar & coffee area were very nice & friendly. I did not have breakfast while I was there but the restaurant food was ok."

"The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety and generous portions. The pool area was also lovely and added to the overall experience. The only frustrating part was the reservation process beforehand. As a family traveling with two kids, the main downside for us was the location. Although there is a subway station nearby, the hotel is quite far from the city center, and the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe or offer much to do. Overall, it’s a great, clean hotel with nice amenities, but the location may not be ideal for families!!"
