Pool warm but opening/closing pool cover and plastic walls of gazebo as instructed every day was tiresome. Nice seating area behind pool. Jacuzzi very nice. Outside griddle very useful. Shame lovely views restricted by hedges. Awful smell from septic tank (?) on occasions which even meant closing door into house at times. This was the most expensive rental we have ever stayed in having been in many 3/4 bedroom villas with heated pools before in France, Europe and across 4 continents. At around 300 euros a night it should have been better. Sorry we were really disappointed compared to the week before which was half the price and a had a lovely heated pool in a large garden with quality bed linens, furniture and free electric bikes. Sorry Nadine and Jean-Pierre the gite was not for us. "

"We thought we'd booked a hotel and were pleasantly surprised to find it a B&B. It's close to the highway but not in town and we were tired so we took advantage of the offer for an evening meal. The meal was what I have been expecting since I got to France. It was the best meal I've had in France. I can't wait for breakfast. The place is run by a nice, hard working, young couple who do a great job of making you feel welcome and comfortable. "
