This spectacular water front home boasts some of the best panoramic views on the lake, with unparalleled outdoor entertaining, and amenities!

The home had extensive interior and exterior renovations with fresh paint, shiplap accent walls, new tile floors, updated bathrooms and all new exterior siding! New furniture and bedding throughout as well. It is truly a unique show place that offers a true ‘wow-factor’ to fully enhance your vacation experience!

Enjoy the luxurious resort style sparkling pool and hot tub while watching all of the water activity during the day and amazing sunsets in the evening. You can also jump right into the lake from your private boat dock for swimming or fishing fun! *Please note the pool is not heated*

A marvelous four-hole putting green was added for 2023 to provide even more endless entertainment for family and friends at this perfect vacation home. Jump in the pool, fish in the lake l, or have a putting competition while enjoying the amazing lake views! Truly spectacular!

There is even an outdoor TV so you can lounge on the covered patio or in the hot tub while enjoying your favorite programming.

The home features an 'upside-down' layout to maximize your panoramic views from the living area, while also providing the 3 full bedrooms with private access to the outside pool and yard.

There are 3 full baths as well, including a private Master bathroom and two remaining full baths, one on each level. The bathrooms have all been recently remodeled as well.

We loved our stay and couldn’t have been happier! The views are amazing and we rented a pontoon boat that picked us up right from the dock! We were celebrating my Dad’s 70th birthday and he said we weren’t ever going to leave lol. I had to text Wayne, the owner, about the WiFi and he responded very quickly. There was even a welcome basket with snacks and wine when we arrived! Plenty of towels and very clean. The pool is super nice and we enjoyed swimming with views of the lake. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Wonderful weekend getaway

The house was incredible. There was a small hiccup with timing, but that was resolved very quickly. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with all of the conveniences.

Great Lake and house!

The house and lake are beautiful! Neighbors were friendly! The house had ALOT OF AMENITIES! Only downside is 2 of the 3 rooms don’t have tv’s (I missed this on the listing so it’s my bad). We will definitely be back!

I had previously planned to take my partner to the lake for her birthday. Upon arrival entering the property we were blown away by the beautiful views overlooking the lake on the second floor. Having the living courters on the bottom floor is idea for families with children. But wait that’s just the inside which does not compare to having a pool on the lake, with a puffy yard as well. The kitchen was equipped with a utensils you could think of. We encountered a power outage but the owner was right there to fix as soon as possible. I will definitely be back.

Long Family Weekend

Wanted a place the family could travel to and spend the weekend with my daughter who lives in TX. She recommended we look in this area due to the good location on the lake and proximity to restaurants we could reach by boat or road. It was an easy drive to and from the Houston airport as well. What a view the home has with a great pool! The home was very clean and well appointed with kitchen cookware etc. The master bedroom mattress was so comfortable. We had a bit of rain and it was okay because we had a nice great room area to hang out in.

Highly recommend!! Everyone had a great time!

Wow!!!! What a beautiful place! Pics don't do it justice with how clean and updated the decor is inside and the outside is so much fun with hot tub, pool, putting green, and fishing. Teens caught tons of fish! Weather was great and was so nice to relax outside while watching March Madness. The neighbors were so nice! Owner Wayne is awesome and prompt with responses. Overall gotta love the southern hospitality! Highly recommend!

Awesome house

Celebrated 18th birthday with family & a few friends. It was spectacular! Used the putting green as the "game to play" with prizes for the winner. The pool is so relaxing and beautiful. Wayne, host, was great! Thank you, Wayne, for the welcome bucket.

A Experience

This property exceeded my high expectations. The property was immaculate and well appointed. We are a family of 5 adults and usually have a hard time finding something we are all comfortable in, but there was plenty of space for all of us here. It had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and putting green were our favorite activities! The location was great, within 10 minutes of shopping and restaurants. The owner was responsive and amazing to work with from start to finish. 10/10...would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking about booking here, you will not be disappointed!

Poolside Paradise Plus!!

This property was perfect for our family! Clean, kitchen was stocked perfectly, listing was spot on, instructions clear! Will for sure be back- the convenience of the pool/spa and lake right in your backyard is just amazing especially for a family with kids ranging from 3-12. We really loved that the spa could be used with/without heat EASILY, so doubled as a kiddie pool or relaxing spot for adults. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Fishing and actually catching a ton of fish was definitely the cherry on top!

Awesome property, location, and owner!

Great property right on the lake. They provided plenty of amenities, and the house was amazing! We had 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space. The pool, hot tub and put put golf was a hit with everyone! Lots to do in the area, and in Houston as well. Wayne the owner was great and answered the phone even when he was on his own vacation. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to this house!
