The home had extensive interior and exterior renovations with fresh paint, shiplap accent walls, new tile floors, updated bathrooms and all new exterior siding! New furniture and bedding throughout as well. It is truly a unique show place that offers a true ‘wow-factor’ to fully enhance your vacation experience!

Enjoy the luxurious resort style sparkling pool and hot tub while watching all of the water activity during the day and amazing sunsets in the evening. You can also jump right into the lake from your private boat dock for swimming or fishing fun! *Please note the pool is not heated*

Fabulous Home

This property was the perfect place in every way! The view of the lake, with the pool, hot tub and putting green was the best place for our family vacation. The home is so well stocked with everything you need and more. The neighbors were friendly, but non-intrusive. Wayne, the owner is so easy to communicate with and I would give our entire experience a 10 plus, if I could. We can't wait to return again. Thank you Wayne!!!

Long Family Weekend

Wanted a place the family could travel to and spend the weekend with my daughter who lives in TX. She recommended we look in this area due to the good location on the lake and proximity to restaurants we could reach by boat or road. It was an easy drive to and from the Houston airport as well. What a view the home has with a great pool! The home was very clean and well appointed with kitchen cookware etc. The master bedroom mattress was so comfortable. We had a bit of rain and it was okay because we had a nice great room area to hang out in.

Relaxing Lakefront Property

What a great time we had on our annual family lake trip. The property was beautiful on the open lake and provided great views. The home has everything you need! Wayne was a gracious and helpful host. Definitely a place to go.

Nice house

Glenn was very attentive whenever we needed anything. The house was well stocked. The only thing I would say is that the family room needs shades. The sun is pretty intense.

The Best Mom Trip Get Away

THE BEST MOM TRIP EVER! 6 moms needing a last minute get away to spend quality time together! From the moment we booked the owner was super responsive, helpful, and truly wanted to make sure out time was the best. As we arrived, the home was SUPER CLEAN, SUPER COMFORTABLE, and A really nice HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We spent Two nights here and had NO COMPLAINTS! The lake is beautiful, the house is well taken care of, the owner is outstanding with answering questions and even helped us with a few things during our trip, community was quiet, and truly it was THE ABSOLUTE BEST quick get away! We all will book again together, and some of us separate and take our kiddos. Thank you truly for the best get away yet! You are missing out if you dont book this location, home, and community! The BEST place to relax, rest, and recharge in Texas!

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the property. Its beautifully landscaped and the view of the lake from the upstairs living space is breath taking. The owner did a great job with the interior design of the home which is a clean, modern, beach vibe. Every detail has been thought of from games to batteries! The host was so attentive and gracious! We will definitely stay again :-)

Lake Getaway

We had the best summer getaway. It was our second time staying here.Everything was clean, functional and the house was stocked with everything we needed. We had four kids and four adults and it was just right. The kids caught several fish from the doc in the evening, and the sunsets were beautiful. Definitely eat at Fajita Jacks while you are there. Amazing Lakefront Views and Very Clean!

We loved our stay at the Poolside Paradise! Gorgeous, open lake views, a great location, a nice outdoor area (loved the mini golf), and the pool made for an amazing time! Attention to to detail was paid to ensure a great stay at this home. It was extremely clean and stocked very well too. There is also a manned gate that provides a secure entrance into the neighborhood. Wayne is an excellent host, communicated well, and did everything to ensure we had the best stay possible! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this lakefront home and would definitely come back!

So relaxing!

Eight of us stayed for four nights (4 adults and 4 kids). We had such a good time and really enjoyed this house. It was clean, included everything we needed, and the pool & hot tub were amazing! My only complaint was the proximity to the neighbors. The last two nights, the neighbors were outside all day & evening. I would have liked a bit more privacy and quiet.

Wonderful stay at Poolside Paradise!

My group of six girlfriends spent 5 days at Poolside Paradise in mid-August and we had a fantastic time. The house is clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The views of the lake are spectacular. We spent many hours relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The upper deck and lower patio are perfect for afternoon happy hours and meals. Wayne was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival and he quickly resolved a minor issue during our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Gem in Conroe!

This beautifully remodeled home on the lake was the perfect getaway for our Houston family. We planned an extended weekend with our grown kids & teenage daughter and this home exceeded our expectations . The pool & patio was so spacious and comfortable for our group of 8. The kitchen is well stocked and the view from the family room & kitchen is just gorgeous. The large family room area made it comfortable for all of us to be together for movies/games/etc. Don’t miss sunrise - on the upper deck - a spectacular view. The host is quick to reply & takes special care to make your stay a memorable one. This home is a gem on the lake. You’ll be sure to enjoy it!

Lake & Pool Paradise

Best VRBO experience I have had in the 50 or so times I have used VRBO. Property is immaculate, and the owner stays there often -- so regular maintenance is obvious. Teenagers loved swimming in the lake from his dock and the pool at night. I loved the upper deck because it was great fpr sunrise/sunset and the safety of watching the kids in the lake and pool. I will be back. Thanks, Wayne!

This home was exactly what we had hoped for and more! I’ve stayed in many really nice places and hotels but none as clean as this! It is top rated for cleanliness! It’s beautifully decorated, and just feels like home! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! No surprises at all! Wayne, the owner was helpful and quick to respond and check in with us to ensure everything was just as we expected! The neighbor Randy was awesome as well! Very helpful and kind! You will NOT regret anything about booking this VRBO! If there are any dates available - book them quickly!! Lake - pool - hot tub - outdoor grill - beautiful home - what more could you want!??!!

Where to begin with this property? First I have to compliment the owners. Talk about responsiveness. While on a vacation of their own they responded to any and all questions we had. (Thank you for that!) Safety 1st! This is a gated community no one is getting in if they are not on the list provided by the owners. We absolutely loved how safe this made everyone feel. The house is very well maintained. You really only need your groceries, everything else is provided. My only complaint is, if you choose to fish come prepared the fish hit hard! I lost 3 lures as I was not prepared for the aggressive nature of the fish. I learned and when we return, it is game on! My wife already said we are coming back very soon. They spent time in the hot tub and I fished from the deck and took advantage of the submerged light at night. If you enjoy fishing don’t plan on getting much sleep because the fishing was a blast. We got bass, striper, catfish, (my wife caught a clam….lol) and we caught a just Gasper. We dined in, made meals and ate out. The neighbor that was around was very helpful as well. Thank you for the memories and rest assured we are coming back.
