The house was very beautiful but the house was not clean. Was very dirty on the floors and outside. The grill was extremely dirty. It was New years and did not have access to a fireplace inside or out. Was extremely disappointed that everyone outside had a fire except for us. I cleaned the whole downstairs floor as it was filthy. Tried to use the outside chairs and were so dirty i could not even clean. The sink out side and door area was full of bugs and dirt. The house did not come equipped with oven or cooking stuff had to go buy things to cook with. The house is very beautiful but needs a lot of care. Could not get anything fixed or done as there was no one to come fix anything and help us. Talked to 1 person that was helpful when we had family visiting but that was it. If fire did not work we were out of luck. The the amount of money spent was disappointing. The view was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Might not rent again as felt failed by property owner.

Good view and beautiful house. Was hard to access the lake in an easy safe way, but it was doable. Overall fun and relaxing experience.

The house is beautiful but both of the tvs do not work upstairs. The master bedroom door handle falls off. The 1/2 restroom toilet downstairs runs. There are spiderwebs all through the house and outside it’s horrible. The dock is not large enough for a regular sized boat u should let people know that cause I had to spend another 400 to dock my boat. Very expensive trip for not knowing. Several light bulbs out in the house. The grill can light but will not cook right bottom rusted out and doesn’t flame very well. Very poor management company for the property.

Waterfront with bare amenities

The house was in a good location in the water. However, there were bare amenities such as towels and kitchen needs (such as cookie sheets for grilling). The TV upstairs did not work and the host was very delayed in response. Upon arrival the house seemed dirty, I had to personally clean the deck as there were water bottles and trash left up there. Beds were comfortable. Over all the house slept well, was cool, but lacked charm.
