- This single-story home offers step-free entry via ramp
- No boat, trailer, or RV parking is allowed in the driveway or on the street due to the community ordinance. Although guests can’t bring their own boats, there are boat rentals nearby on the lake
- There is an optional seasonal pool heat fee of $35/night requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The pool heat fee can be applied October-April and is not needed for the summer months
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the side of the house facing toward the driveway, camera 2 is at the front door facing the front entry, camera 3 is on the side of the house facing the HVAC/electrical equipment, camera 4 is on the exterior of the house facing the pool equipment and back gate, and camera 5 is on the back of the house facing the pool and patio area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. All cameras will record video and sound for 2 minutes when activated by motion and a security light will light up as well
