i went for my birthday & i really enjoyed my stay. laying in the hammock after a glass of wine was so cozy. i will definitely come back especially since there is wifi in case i need to get some work done.

A wonderful little stay in the forest, everything is spotless in the cabin and the owner is very responsive and easy to work with. It greatly exceeded expectations for us.

If you are on the fence about booking, book it now. The accommodations are amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the modern cabin, short walk to the lake, and the fire pit. I attempted to use the outdoor shower but the water was too cold for me (I prefer very hot showers). This is the perfect getaway for relaxation. There are a few other cabins nearby but I didn't hear much noise from any of the other guest. I plan to come back again next year!

This was an amazing property to stay at. The owner of the property is welcoming and easy to communicate with. The cabin is newly built and is a the perfect place to get away from it all. It is tucked away in the Sam Houston Forrest and you can submerse into the idea of potentially encountering a North American Wood Ape.
