The staff were wonderful however, management of this property does not have a customer service mind set. Our room had no hot water, the sink was extremely slow to drain, the chair in our room was covered in stains, there was paint peeling from the wall above the bathroom door, there were water stains on the ceiling, the shower in our daughters room was also extremely slow to drain. We had been on the lake all day and were exhausted and in need of a hot shower. We asked the manager if we could shower in an unoccupied adjacent room, instead of repacking all our stuff and moving, his comment was that "He would have to pay housekeeping to clean an extra room" I highly recommend not staying at this property.

This is my second stay here and has very comfortable rooms. Always smells clean. The front desk always courteous. When coming back to visit I hope to be able to stay here again!

Expedia booked us 2 rooms. We couldn't use 2 rooms and the place was full with people waiting for rooms so we asked them to cancel our 2nd reservation. They resold the 2nd room but wouldn't refund our money. Very shady and dishonest.

Nice and clean a bit pricey and room air conditioning not working properly we reported it and sorry nothing they can do. I haven’t had very good experiences with Best Western we will stick to Hampton Inns.

Hotel is ok, reviews are not accurate…

This is not a “9.0” hotel as advertised, unfortunately. Maybe a 6.0, if generous. In general it was clean-ish. Smelled of stale smoke throughout. Turning on the room fan and a/c resulted in a blast of stale-smoke smelling air. Our sheets were clean but had a few dime sized holes. One of our keys didn’t work so we ended up locked out of the room. Turning on the shower ended up in some drops of green-grey slime dripping into the tub from the faucet. There was a fridge in the room, no freezer section in it for our ice packs. Mold in the glass globe part of the lamp. Breakfast bar was ok. Overall, our stay was not what we thought we were paying for, and definitely overpriced for what we got. I don’t expect this review to be displayed, but need to try nonetheless, since the other reviews are obviously amped up and inaccurate.
