Discover the "Hibiscus" gîte located in Montignac, in the Dordogne, in a peaceful environment, just a few metres from the International Centre for Parietal Art Lascaux IV, ideal for sharing cultural and relaxation moments.



You will appreciate its communal salt-water swimming pool, heated and open from 8 May to 13 September as well as its terrace with its barbecue for sharing convivial moments.



The house can accommodate up to 3 travellers.



Upon arrival, you will discover the main room with its armchairs, sofa, television and decorative fireplace, which will allow you to relax or enjoy a moment of reading. You can have your meals around the table located in the living area, or enjoy the garden furniture on the terrace.

The kitchen, open to the living area and equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a kettle as well as 2 coffee makers (filter and Senseo).



The accommodation has 1 bedroom with a double bed (140/190) as well as a single bed.



A bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer completes the accommodation.



You will benefit from a private outdoor car park allowing you to park up to two vehicles in front of the property.
