Detached villa, very pretty and well-looked after. Modern, attractive and tastefully furnished. Covered terrace for meals outside and big garden all round it. The residential area of Cinquale is very quiet and green with elegant villas of a certain level. No high apartment blocks or big hotels. The nearest shop is at 300m. The inside road along the Via Intercomunale offers a nice walk to the beach. Ideal for bicycles as well. The beaches are sandy and large and private beach establishments or free beaches are at about 1350m.
