J’ai rĂ©servĂ© cet appartement en aoĂ»t du 13 au 17 aoĂ»t. Peu de temps avant notre sĂ©jour, le 6 aoĂ»t, le propriĂ©taire m’a contactĂ© pour m’informer qu’il ne pouvait pas m’accueillir, prĂ©textant que son logement avait Ă©tĂ© saccagĂ©, nĂ©cessitait des travaux et qu’au vu de la pĂ©riode les travaux ne seront pas fait avant notre arrivĂ©e. J’ai eu peine pour lui et j’ai eu de la comprĂ©hension. Il n’a pas annulĂ© en m’assurant qu’il m’aiderait Ă  trouver un hĂ©bergement ou dans le cas contraire me rembourserait directement. Malheureusement, ce n’était qu’un tissu de mensonges destinĂ© Ă  me faire patienter inutilement. Et si de mon cĂŽtĂ© j’animais avec Abritel je perdais l’argent. Mais j’ai eu confiance. Depuis, malgrĂ© ses nombreuses promesses et aprĂšs lui avoir fourni mes coordonnĂ©es bancaires, je n’ai jamais reçu mon remboursement. Pire encore, il continue Ă  me mener en bateau en prĂ©tendant Ă  chaque fois qu’il le fait dans la journĂ©e alors que ce n’est absolument pas le cas. Cela fait plusieurs mois que j’attends mon argent et que je subis son manque total d’honnĂȘtetĂ© et de professionnalisme. C’est une honte et une vĂ©ritable ARNAQUE. Ce propriĂ©taire n’assume pas ses responsabilitĂ©s et joue avec les nerfs de ses clients. J’espĂšre que ce commentaire servira Ă  avertir d’autres voyageurs pour qu’ils Ă©vitent de vivre la mĂȘme expĂ©rience dĂ©sastreuse.Honte Ă  ce propriĂ©taire et aux pratiques douteuses autour de cet hĂ©bergement !
